Customer-facing overview of building a connector with the C1AI assistant: when to choose it over pre-built or self-authored connectors, the build and approval flow, how testing and independent review work, management after launch, and limits and FAQs. Adds the page to the Configurable connectors nav group and renames the HTTP authoring page's SDK comparison so "custom connector" is not used for two different things.

Why
In-app authored connectors (shown in the product as Custom connectors, built with the C1AI assistant) are close to early-access availability and there is no customer-facing documentation for them. Customers need to know when this option fits versus a pre-built connector or self-authored HTTP/SQL/SCIM configuration, what the build and approval flow looks like, and what to expect from the test and review step.
What this changes
developer/custom-connectors.mdx, first in the Configurable connectors group. It covers when to use a custom connector, prerequisites, the build steps, a short explanation of hosting, testing and independent review, management after launch, and limits and FAQs. It stays at the product level and does not describe internal machinery.docs.json.Please check before publishing
